What is a Sorted Top-up Card?
A Sorted Top-up Card is a simple way to add money to your wallet with cash. You buy a card, scratch off the panel to reveal a code, and enter that code in the app to top up your Sorted Wallet balance instantly in stablecoins.
Where do I find the code on my card?
On the back of the card, scratch off the grey layer. The redemption code is hidden underneath.
How do I redeem a Top-up Card?
Open Settings, then Redeem Top-up Card. Enter the 16-digit redemption code from your card and tap Redeem. The app processes the deposit and, once complete, shows the amount added to your balance.
My code did not work. What should I do?
If a code is rejected or you see an error, double-check the digits and try again. If it still does not work, use the Contact support option on the redemption screen so we can look into it for you.
How do I get a Sorted Top-up Card?
You can purchase a Sorted Stablecoin Top-up Card from an approved Sorted partner or local agent. Buy the card with cash, then redeem the code in the Sorted app to add money to your wallet. We are currently only selling in these countries: Nigeria and Kenya.
