Receiving Money

How do I receive money?

  1. Tap Receive on your home screen.

  2. Choose the asset you want to receive and the network it will be sent on.

  3. Share your QR code, or tap Copy to copy your wallet address, and give it to whoever is sending you funds.

  4. When the transfer is confirmed on the network, your balance updates automatically.

Important: Each network has its own wallet address. Always make sure the sender is using the same network and asset as the address you share. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed once sent, so it is worth double-checking before you confirm.

What networks or tokens does Sorted Wallet support?

Sorted Wallet supports the following networks: Ethereum, BNB, Celo, Polygon, Tron, TON, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Lightning. You can receive USDT on all of these except Bitcoin. We also support XAUT (Tether Gold) and USAT, both on Ethereum.

Do I have the same wallet address on every network?

Not always. Networks that share the same standard, such as Ethereum, Polygon and BNB, use the same address. Other networks, like Bitcoin, Tron and TON, each have their own separate address. Because of this, always check which network you are receiving on and share the matching address for that network. Sending funds to an address on the wrong network can lead to lost funds, and blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once they are sent.

My deposit has not arrived. What should I do?

Deposits can take a little longer when the network is busy, so it is worth waiting a few minutes. If your funds still have not arrived, first check that the sender used the correct network and address. If everything looks right and the deposit still seems stuck, our team can help. Reach out through Settings, then Support, with the transaction details or a screenshot, and we will look into it for you.
