Settings & Preferences

Open Settings, then Change Language, and choose from the available languages. Sorted Wallet supports many languages including English, French, Swahili, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Arabic and more.

Open Settings, then Change Currency, and search for the currency you want. Your balances are then shown in that currency.

Open Settings and use Edit (or Add details) on your profile to update your name. The phone number or email address you registered with is fixed and cannot be changed, as it secures your account. You can also choose whether to receive news, updates and offers.

From time to time you may see a status banner such as Maintenance in progress, High traffic slower payments, or Network congestion. These let you know when payments may be slower than usual. They clear on their own once conditions return to normal.
