Market: Airtime, Data, TV & Gift Cards (Pro)

What can I buy in the Market?

In Pro mode, the Market lets you spend your balance on everyday essentials: Mobile (airtime and data), TV subscriptions, and Gift Cards. Open the Market tab, choose a category, pick a provider and package, and pay from your wallet balance.

How do I buy airtime or data?

  1. Open the Market and choose Mobile.

  2. Select your provider and the package you want.

  3. Enter and confirm the phone number to recharge.

  4. Review the cost and confirm the purchase.

Please note: The Market currently supports prepaid phone numbers only. Sending to a number that is not prepaid may result in lost funds, so confirm the number is correct before continuing.

Why is a package greyed out or unavailable?

Market purchases are paid from your balance and require a small network fee in the chain's gas token. If your gas balance is too low to cover the fee, some packages are disabled and you will see a prompt to top up. For example, paying on Polygon needs a little POL to cover the network fee.

Why does the Market say it is not available in my region?

The Market rolls out country by country. If you see that it is not available in your region, it is not yet live where you are. Other features of the wallet still work as normal.

My Market purchase failed. What now?

If a purchase fails, your funds are not lost. You can try again, and you can review the transaction in your history. If the problem continues, contact support with the transaction details.
